February Favorites.
Finally! This may be 5 days late, but I am happy to share what beauty products I had been loving all throughout February. The following have become holy grail products for me that will be sure to help you out during the upcoming spring season. Spring break is right around the corner, so keep reading to find out what products have been keeping my skin and hair feeling refreshed and clean without taking up too much time in my daily routine.
I have been a total fan of this Mario Badescu Facial Spray for a couple months now, and it was during February that I found myself reaching for this day and night. This facial spray is refreshing and hydrating and is perfect for when your skin needs a little pick me up. February welcomed weather of all types that left my skin sometimes feeling dehydrated, tight and uncomfortable, but with this product those issues are seriously thrown out the window. I really recommend you go purchase this product before you begin spring break because it will help you out SO MUCH. Whether you are traveling far or staying home and catching some rays, this product is amazing and such a steal- for a decent sized bottle it is only 7 bucks! A couple ways I use this product is by misting it on my skin for a boost of hydration throughout the day or even using it to set my make-up, but the possibilities really are endless...this product is amazing.
Lush is an all around solid company. The products I have tried from them have all been so great, but it is this face mask that has made the biggest difference in my skin care this past month. The Cosmetic Warrior fresh face mask is targeted towards those who have troubled skin. Again, with all the weather changes February welcomed, my skin was not the happiest. However, with the help of this gentle face mask composed of egg whites to moisturize, honey to smooth and tighten pores, and cleansing garlic and tea tree oil to clear up skin, I was able to clear up my problem areas quickly. Despite some interesting ingredients, this face mask smells and feels so great on the skin and is not overly messy to work with. I really recommend you try this out if you are on the journey to clear skin.
I don't know how I lived before dry shampoo. Sometimes I shower and style my hair, and it will immediately look dull and flat! But with this Batiste dry shampoo, body and texture is added to my hair without weighing it down and making it feel like it has way too much product in it. During February, I found myself trying to find time to complete all the things I had to do, and to be honest, it was difficult to get myself to wash my hair daily when it normally takes me upwards of 5 hours to wash, naturally dry, and style my curly hair. So with this help of this dry shampoo, I have extend the life of my styled hair within no time. A couple spritz here and there, and then violá- you have hair that smells fresh and feels clean! This brand has so many options of dry shampoo and they are all amazing. If you're a brunette, though, I really recommend this specific product because it gives you all the benefits of a great dry shampoo, minus the white shadow other ones may give to the hair.
